The dynamic behavior of the recycle system is given in the equation from the example

T₄(s)/T₀(s) = G_R(s)G_H1(s)/(1-G_R(s)G_H2(s))

Substituting the values for this case gives

T₄(s)/T₀(s) = 

(0.3/(10s+1)) (0.40)/(1-(0.3)(0.30)/(10s+1)) =

 1.32/(11.0s+1)

We see that the dynamic response for this recycle system is only slightly different from the system without recycle.  See if you can explain why.
