There would be several possible structures which could be applied to control C_AO from two feed tanks. Here is one possibility.   In this diagram, two pumps were inserted to supply a driving force for each fluid, and a valve was positioned downstream of each pump to introduce a variable resistance.  This structure will now be able to control the inlet concentration of component A.
